      I went to Antioch University for an ADHD Evaluation. According to a professional psychologist, not affiliated with Antioch, the service should have two months at the most. It has been close to seven months and there have been many mistakes from the psychological clinic at Antioch University. They have been unprofessional, questionable and slow. My initial session was in October. The first session, the graduate student only read through the guidelines and would make comments like, "Oh, this is new. I have never seen this before!". After the initial assessments, the assessor said that she would contact me in a week. After not hearing from her, I called the clinic. The receptionist told me that she was out sick and would be communicating with me shortly. I had to make the initiation. One session, she brought in her briefcase, to only discover that she had been missing some documents. Another session, the assessor was close to 30 minutes late. I was notified when I had arrived for my appointment Another session, the assessor told me that her director was going to be out for a month. After the one month, I did not hear from anyone. I called and the assessor told me that an urgent case had come across her desk that she needed to take care of. Today, I received a phone call that said that there had been some technical issues with the tests I had taken. Ilike I mentioned before, this has been unprofessional, ridiculous and I am frustrated.

      Hello,
      We sincerely apologize for the delay of your report and your appointment confusion on our part. Your frustration is certainly understandable. We have attempted to contact you by phone and email in hopes of discussing further with you possible options. Unfortunately, we have not heard from you. Here is how we hope to best address your concerns:

      1. Provide you with a full refund of $600 that will be refunded through our "Square One" account, the same account that was used in your initial payment. The letter provided by the BBB stated your requested refund amount was for $800 which is in error and may be due to a simple typographical error. Please review your bank statement and we are sure you will see you were billed $600 rather than $800.
      2. In addition to refunding your payment, we would like to offer to move forward with completing your report even though we have provided you a refund. If you would like to do so, please contact the clinic at ************ by June 20, 2025 and your student's supervisor will reach out to you to discuss the details of arriving at completion date. If we do not hear from you by June 20th, we will simply respectfully close your file.

       Again, we sincerely apologize for the delay of your report. Your refund of $600 will be issued on June 10,2025.
