    I am extremely disappointed with Heards tax accounting services. Their advertised claims of seamless financial management for therapists do not match my experience, and their failures have left me with a $10,000 tax bill and an underpayment penalty due to their grossly inaccurate quarterly tax estimates.Despite stating they provide "streamlined financial management" and "income and expense tracking made easy," my accountant had no access to my profit and loss statement, which I had categorized all year using Heards system. Additionally, the income total Heard reported did not align with my 1099-K, showing a fundamental flaw in their tracking process.After realizing these major errors, I researched further and found many other therapists have experienced the same issuesincorrect tax estimates, misreported income, and lack of follow-through on Heards claims. Online discussions, including those on Reddit, reveal a troubling pattern of Heards incompetence.Given these failures, I am formally requesting a refund for this years upfront payment as Heard has not delivered the services they promised. Their misleading claims have caused financial harm, and I urge other therapists to do their research before trusting them with their accounting. Heards negligence could leave you with unexpected tax liabilities and penalties, just as it did for me.
