    In April of 2024, I signed up for a free Haiku Deck account to create a presentation for a graduate school course I was enrolled in. I did not sign up for a free trial that would be billed after so many days and I did not sign up for any paid accounts. I created the beginning of one presentation, downloaded it, and never used the tool again. In October of 2024, I discovered that HaikuDeck had been wrongfully charging me for a pro membership for six months. I had never been notified by Haiku Deck that they were doing this. I do not have a pro account. I went into their tool to cancel any paid accounts that I thought I might have accidentally signed up from and discovered that I have never, at any time, had any sort of paid account on ******************. I have only ever had access to its free tool that again, I only used once. There is no way to cancel a paid account because no such paid account exists. I contacted HaikuDeck on October 25, and have now contacted them three times, and have received nothing but an automated response. In searching online I discovered others who do not get responses. They owe me $60.

    Haiku Deck has been overcharging my Pro account sine April for 4 billing cycles as if I have 2 accounts. I attempted to change the Pro account to the regular free account and although can log in to see my current "decks" can NOT get past an error message after pulling down the "My account" option and receive an error 500 message. This has me trapped into their billing cycle without my consent. Email was sent to them on July 31st notifying their 3rd party in charge of tech that there was a problem. I received an auto message back indicating that someone would be in touch soon and to try a self portal, which does not fix the problem. I then emailed to another one of the business email of ******************************* on August 3 forwarding them the auto message and requesting this to be fixed so I could have access to my account. I also requested the company refund my account $40 for the overcharges (additional $10/per month for 4 months) that have accured for their error. I need help communicating with the company as they are non-responsive and so a resolution to the problem can be met. Thank you.
