    This is an online subscription for an SEO tool. Company states you can cancel at any time. No contract. But there is NO WHERE on their website to cancel service. So I messaged them through their contact box on their website stating we wanted to cancel, this was sometime in early May that I sent the chat message to them. But there is no way on their website to have a copy sent to myself so I don't have the exact date. I waited a few days. I got no response, so on May 12, 2023 I emailed them at the email address provided on each of their PayPal receipts: ******************** I reiterated that we want to cancel service, and we should not be charged on May 21st. Again, we received no reply at all to that email. Then, they charged me again on May 21, 2023. I contacted them again, on May 21, 2023 restating all of this again. I did get an automated email saying our subscription is canceled. But they will not respond about issuing a refund for the $187.31 they charged on May 21, 2023. I have also tried reaching them at the email address that the auto-cancel message came from: ****************************** I have attached a screen shot of email I sent on May 12, 2023 telling them to cancel our subscription and not to charge us again. Can you please help us get the refund?
