Incredible fundraising company with great values and wonderful employees. My team raised thousands more with this company than any other fundraiser out there.

I dont mind donating to a team and a business making money collecting the donations. But to ask me to donate 3% more on top of my donation to cover bank fees! What a scam. Bank fees are less than 2% if you run alot of money through the bank. Get out of here with this scam!

Hi *****!  First, we want to thank you for donating to a campaign! We are sorry to hear that there is some confusion and frustration around the credit card fees. All credit card fees are optional and can be opted out of by the donor.

Before confirming your donation, there is a button that confirms if you would like to cover the credit card fee or opt-out of paying the additional amount. At the end of the campaign, Snap! will cover the cost of all credit card fees that were opted out by the donor. This way, the group does not need to cover the cost of the credit card fee.

Never support any organization or school using through SNAP. First they have fake websites with hundreds of fake 5 star reviews that they have optimized to come up first on searching for reviews. No good company has to do this. 20% of everything you donate goes to SNAP and more if the kids don't meet their outrageous goals. My friend's autistic kid was given a goal of $900. Once SNAP has your email OR when you donate they will SPAM you forever and there is no way to stop this. They have your personal information and credit card and will then use and sell this information. Complain to the school principal and your school boards. Only make donations directly to the schools. Complain at PTA meetings. Don't allow your kids to go out and make money for this organization. Read real articles on the internet that explains how bad SNAP is. There are a bunch of articles written by schools on how bad SNAP is. Any positive reviews of SNAP were likely written by SNAP.Don't donate directly to the school while SNAP has been contracted as the agreement states the school must give 20% of anything they receive to SNAP. Do not provide email of your family and friends to this company as they will be spammed forever. Read their responses to any negative review. No one cares about what they have to say and it shows the kind of organization you will be dealing with. They have found a way to steal money from the kids and their responses show they have no shame doing this. Who says "Thank you for your wonderful one star rant on how terrible we are?" ...and then defends stealing from kids or justifying all the ways and processes they use to steal from kids and use kids to enrich themselves. There is a sucker born every minute and the fact that SNAP is still around proves it. Nowhere in their Spam email do they say anything about the fact that they take at least 20% of every dollar donated or that once they have your info they will sell it and SPAM you forever....

This program is horrible....they have taken "friends and family" fundraising and perverted it into a business of squeezing every last dollar from athletes' precious friends and family. They "require" a list of 20 friends and family emails then they trick the friends and family into believing that the athlete is sending them a personal email with manipulative language to maximize dontations...THEN they send a second and third email to guilt friends and family with more manipulative language that appears to be from the athlete. Each team also gets a snap "rep" who pushes them to get as many family and friends as possible...aka: more money! They are further shady in that the required DMA "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the system generated email that appears to be from the athlete is disguised as "manage email preferences"....totally shady and what they DO NOT WANT is the friends and family to know they can unsubscribe. And this horrible organization take 20% of the total. The athelete is the product and the friends and family are treated as customers to be milked dry. This org is gross and any school district of org using them should be ashamed.

Snap raise provides teams and coaches with the best option to raise funds for their programs. After reading reviews I was skeptical of using snap raise but had huge success and have used snap raise for 7 years. Most reviews left are when those have bad experiences but here is a glowing review for the company and success they have provided for our teams.

I received an email what I thought was from my grandson but found out that he was asked to provide 20 email addresses to snap raise. Snap raise sends an email which sounded like it came from my grandson asking for money to support their cause. No where in his email does it indicate that its from a third party. Nor does it say that at least 20% collected goes to the Snap Raise organization. 20 cents from every dollar is a little much and I rather support my grandsons team directly. I find this company is not serious in helping kids and just uses them for their own benefit.

Response:Hello! Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. It is never our intention to display misleading information. There is no initial start-up fee to begin a Snap! Raise campaign. Meaning that nothing comes out of pocket to start raising funds. Instead, we charge a percentage fee of the overall funds raised after the closing of a campaign which is agreed upon with each group leader prior to the start. It is our mission to help groups raise the most amount of funds possible. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to ***********************************

Do NOT use this organization! They are a scam and a fraud. My sons football team used them. Hundreds of products (hoodies, t shirts, etc) were purchased by donors for the specific team members but none of the team members received the items that were purchased for them Because the people at Snap did not do their job and communicate. Snap sent a box of gear to the school with no instructions, no heads up that it was coming. Snap simply bullies the kids, takes their cut and then screws the kids and donors in the end! Inexcusable!

Hello! Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. We work closely with group leaders to confirm where the gear is being sent. Each group leader receives an email asking them to confirm the shipping address and an email that includes the tracking information. We are sorry for any confusion this may have caused among the donors and participants. We appreciate your feedback and concern as we are constantly looking at ways to improve our customer's experiences. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to [email protected].

This was brought to the attention of your company, Snap, numerous times by me, and you refused to do anything about it. You just blew me off.
