    I purchased a ticket to the Mamma *** show and showed up with my friend on 7/7. We got there about an hour early and went to the bar (part of the venue) for a drink. After about ********************************************************************** to go outside which I complied. He said that the last time I was there someone complained about me, but he couldn't tell me who or what it was about. I asked for the manager as she told me the same thing and said I was never welcome back at this venue again. Naturally I asked why and for what reasons as I was obviously falsely accused.. She would not tell me and just said that the Croc. is a safe space. They made me feel like some kind of criminal. We never received refunds for out tickets either.

    Crocodile postponed a concert 2.5 years ago and has not issued a refund and have not ******** the show. My emails to them have gone unanswered. I understand covid messed things up but I need to be made whole.

    To whom it may concern,

    We recently received notice of a complaint issued by a customer with the ** ********. The customer purchased tickets to a concert that was postponed by the headlining artist due to a mandated government shutdown during COV**. The artist has been attempting to reschedule this show since we were allowed to reopen, and unfortunately, it has been some time since the originally scheduled show date. A request was received on 11/03/2022 from this customer to refund the tickets they purchased for the show as they were no longer willing/able to wait for the band to arrange a rescheduled date. The refund in the full purchase amount of $31.34 was processed on the same day 11/03/2022, and a notice was issued to the customer. At that time staff expressed their appreciation for the customer's patience and understanding. 

    Please see attached refund notice that was issued to the customer on 11/03/22. and was sent to me via forward today.
