I hired this man *************************** in February 2023. To complete two projects. First project was two bathrooms. I was very specific on what I needed completed. Remove flooring, baseboards, underlayment and toilets from bathrooms. What was removed would be replaced with new flooring, underlayment, baseboards, and toilets. Everything I requested removed and replaced, I purchased at *********** Flooring, underlayment, ********************** At the time of these projects, I was unable to fully walk. Second project, take apart my flooring from my kitchen and hallway leading to back door. Replace with underlayment, new flooring to protect my flooring from water damage...again. I've noticed after ************** left my house that there are gaps in the flooring. Screws in my flooring. Missing trim from my inside and outside doors from my pantry, back door and garage door. Broken pieces, missing pieces on new flooring installed. I've spent thousands of dollars and wasted a large amount of time. I have addressed many issues, concerns, asked a lot of questions to **************. ************** knew about the gaps, uneven flooring from my bathroom to my kitchen hallway as he was working and he didn't inform me until I found out for myself and brought it to his attention. He responded with " I knew about the gaps and was coming back to fix it". I am NOT satified with his work and requested a refund with some of my money. I would NOT recommend ************** to any of my friends or family. He knew my situation with my injury and not being able to walk much. He took advantage of my situation and didn't fully complete the projects that I paid him for. He left plenty of gaps in my flooring, broken pieces in my flooring, etc. He claims he has 20 years experience and when I got a 2nd and 3rd opinion on my flooring. I had to hire another contractor to go behind ************** work and fix the issues. ************** caused me spending more money on my flooring that is outside of my budget. His work is NOT perfect.
