  ***** and the entire crew (special thanks to ******) did a great job with attention to detail. When there was a minor mistake, there was never a question about them taking care of it with no equivocation. The price was good and there was never pressure to up sale. The entire experience (large new apartment project), was always pleasant and stress free. Very honest and hard working people throughout. I strongly recommend SEA Renovations for your project.

  I LOVE my new deck. I'm so glad I went with Sea Renovations and Dave Amir.
  I want to thank my project manager, Dave Amir, for making this such a smooth project. I told him what I wanted, and he made it happen while I just relaxed and enjoyed seeing the progress every day. He communicated with me either in person or by text or phone nearly every day to ensure I was happy. He actually started before I even hired them. When he was here to submit a quote, my dogs got outside, and he spent 20 minutes walking the neighborhood with me to get them back. The price was very competitive, and he invested his time and explained clearly what to expect and how the project would unfold, and took his time to answer my questions while giving the quote, before I even hired them for the job.
  He somehow managed to start my deck 2 weeks before promised, and it was actually completed the same week we were originally supposed to begin. Which is amazing in itself, but twice I added additional work to the original plan, and they still finished on time. And Dave didn't price gouge me on the additional work I wanted either.
  The craftsmanship is fantastic. The crew really knew what they were doing. I'm a perfectionist, and I was actually surprised at how they applied such exacting standards. You could see the pride they took in their work. All the boards are exactly even, screw heads are all flush, not bitten into the boards, but also not sticking up. They cleaned up daily, even using a leaf blower to get rid of the sawdust to prevent tracking. They cared, and it showed. Thank you, guys!!
  I would recommend them to anyone and actually have, to my hairdresser for her patio roof.
  Thank you so much to Dave and crew for making this such a smooth process and for giving me a deck I'm going to enjoy barbecuing and relaxing on for years to come!

  I hired Sea Renovation to rebuild the roof overhang off a side exit to the house. The existing overhang was suffering from long-term water damage and the gutters were backfilling and leaking. I compared quotes across three different providers, and while ***** was the most reasonable of all the quotes, it was his professionalism that made me decide to go with *********************** all, the work was to remove the shingles and roof structure, evaluate and replace damaged parts of the framing, rebuild the roof and reshingle, tear apart and rebuild the soffit, tear off and replace the fascia, replace gutters around this section of roof, and repaint.The work crew was also very professional, showing up to work on time and cleaning up after themselves each day. They also finished the job in about ~3 days, which was very quick. Not only that, but *** had them replace a downspout that was damaged just to make sure it would match the new gutters. I would absolutely recommend and hire Sea Renovation for future projects.

  *** with SEA Renovation has been an absolute pleasure to work with on our deck project. This was a two-story deck and quite large, so we needed a company that knew how to build it professionally. His crew showed up on-time every day and were very nice to deal with. They guaranteed to finish on time and they did. We subsequently hired them to replace our roof and repair some damaged siding. I will only hire this company for our construction needs.

  I'm very happy with the quality of product and craftsmanship on my flooring replacement. *** an **** were very professional, accommodating, and easy to work with. Communication was clear and consistent. They always made sure I was happy as the project moved along. I highly recommend Sea Renovation and would use them again in the future if I need work done.
