    Purchased sleep consultant services on January 18 for a 2 weeks to help with my babies sleep schedule. Chanlyn ***** Took a full payment on the first day and had one zoom call with me and provided a sleep plan which has multiple errors and made my baby ill. She then continued to ask me for more money anytime I had a question about the sleep plan. She takes advantage of postpartum mothers looking for help. She dissolved her services saying how I did not take her advice. She ended her services within 3 days and I was unable to get a hold of her. She is preying on mothers who are desperate in helping their child sleep.

    I am a Pediatric Sleep Health Coach with over 14yrs in the business. I have never had one complaint or met a mom such as this complaint. She has been personally calling out and slandering my business since 24hrs after our consult. Mom is has made harsh and false claims and still after a month and her receiving her refund she is attacking me. I have had to reach out to a business attorney for further help. I wanted to help this mom, I flagged her child as severely underfed and created a sleep plan to help get her child to sleep better. Her husband was on call during this recorded consult. After 24hrs mom had refused to begin and was sending me nonstop emails wanted further breakdown and clarification. I obliged. However 24/7 email/text support is an additional cost stated in the client agreement she signed. She then took to social media to slander my business. I confronted her where she went to name calling and admitted to refusing to follow the agreement. I have everything as documented proof. I ended her services due to her actions. She pursued with her CC for a refund and was given it. Since then she has taken to sleep groups to personally name me and my business and make false claims and statements. I am a dedicated educator. I have helped over 800 moms and I work with a very popular learning app where I hold weekly courses. Getting our child to sleep is not as simple as waving a magic wand. I was up front from the start with this mom and she repeatedly refused to follow. Her child did not get sick because of me. He was underfed and it is flu and virus season. I have everything documented and ready to send in as labeled proof. I am being currently harassed by this mom and she is going out of her way to ruin my business. I run my business professionally. I do not take advantage of anyone. This mom knew exactly what she signed up, client agreement, we had a recorded live consult and she simply refused to do any work and then went to slandering and continuing too.

     The business is giving incorrect information. I did not receive a refund for the services. She has lied multiple times on social media and now here.
    I am asking her for a partial refund as she only provided service for 3 days and a sleep plan instead of the 2 week period which I made the payment for.
    She was unprofessional and called me names. And told me I need mental health support instead of providing the services I paid for. She was well aware I am going through postpartum as I just had a baby. She takes advantage of new mothers seeking help.
    She takes advantage of moms who are tired and need help. She scams them for money and doesnt provide the service required.

    Hello,

    This is now become harassment. I have multiple screenshots of you spreading lies through gb groups. I have had to get admins involved to review any posts from you. I have had to hire an attorney to start to write up a cease and desist. I am a well known educator and a mom myself. I do not take advantage. You sought me out and came to me. You had 24hrs to get refund before we started working with each other. You had our whole 70min recorded consult to share your opinions and your thoughts. You did not. I am attaching screenshots from my ****** showing when you put in the dispute, when the money was on hold from my balance and when it was permanently taken out when I lost the dispute. I suggest you call up your CC and get an update. You can see case ID number all on the screenshots. There is no more refund to give. You paid 220$ and it was refunded. 

    I do wish you all best. There is nothing further to do. Call your CC, use the case number but the money was sent back and taken out of my account on February 1st.
