    I purchased a vehicle a couple months ago and I hired **************** Auto transport to transport the vehicle from the dealership in ********* **** to my home in *******************. During transport I was told that the tailgate door malfunctioned and it fell on the back of my vehicle causing damages. *********** accepted fault and agreed to pay for the damages.(I have included a email from them also stating this) so I put the vehicle in the shop to get repaired. Now that the vehicle is done *********** wont respond back and now I have been threatened with storage fees from the body shop. I have also contacted their insurance company *********** and was told that they are not responding to them also.

    We went through a broker to have our car transported from ******** to ** we had a few things in the vehicle that we couldn't take with us on the flight. When the car was delivered to NC the driver didn't want to stick around for my father to inspect the vehicle or look through the car he said he had another delivery to get to and took off. Upon inspection of the vehicle the items left in the car had been removed. We contacted the broker and the company to resolve this issue and after one call they have now stopped all communication. We do not want to involve the authorities but at this point we may have no other recourse and to inform our insurance company and have them go after this company.

    We contacted a broker, *********************, to ship a car from ** to ** and back. When it was shipped back by Evolution24 LLC, we met the delivery driver and watched him unload the vehicle. While he was unloading, he scratched the front passenger rim and the front bumper on the same side. We notified him as soon as he got out of the car, he checked the pictures when he first loaded the car and confirmed there were not damages when he loaded the car. He then tried to get us to sign the *** stating no damages. When we corrected him, he said it was a mistake because he didn't know what to do. We left after we noted the damages on the ***. He contacted us soon after and asked us if he could pay in cash for the damages. Eventually we stated no and said we would report it to insurance. The broker stated the company's insurance should reach out to us but they still haven't. Filing a complain against both the transport company and broker.
