    I paid for PTE Core test in the amount of $255 for December 19.I was turned away at the testing center for missing middle name. Half my class had the same issue. This is apparently a very common issue with Pearson. I understand why the policy exists and am totally fine with it.What i'm not fine with is next they refused to refund me my purchase price, so I paid for a service and received nothing in return. They didn't even offer to reschedule the exam.I called their customer service number and they offered no help, just directed me to the website.I then followed their complaint process on the website, and received only a form email response that incorrectly states they updated my information and they couldn't provide a refund without giving any reason why.This is predatory business practice to use an intentionally confusing form to turn people away from a test they paid for, then provide no refund or help rescheduling another test.All I want is a refund of the service I paid for that was not rendered
