I registered to take a CPR renewal class through Tri-CPR that was scheduled for 06/28/24 in *******, **. I then decided to cancel the class and did so within the cancellation window in order to receive a refund. At the time I called to cancel the class I was told the refund would appear on my credit card statement within a couple days. However, it is now a month and a half and I have not received a refund. I have left 3 voicemails and sent one written message through their website asking about the refund but have received any response. It appears they are not planning to issue me a refund. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in getting my $93 refunded. Thank you.

I signed up for a CPR/First Aid course with TriCPR through the ****************** website on February 6 for $89. The course description did not include an "online element" or a description of the class itself. On February 9 (the day of the class), I received a text message stating that I needed to complete an online portion of the class. This was not in the course description so I didn't know of the online portion and, obviously, didn't complete it. They told me to pay a $30 rescheduling fee which I paid and rescheduled the course for the 16th. Fast forward to the day of the course and it's in an 8x8 room with a 7" screen in the corner of the room with a virtual instructor. Had I known the course would be conducted in such a manor I wouldn't have signed up. Secondly, there was not enough training dummies for the four students in the room. When one of the students asked the instructor what they were supposed to do without the equipment the instructor couldn't hear very well through the tiny video monitor and then proceeded to tell the man to "sit down and be quiet". This enraged the man who then promptly left. As he was leaving the instructor called the man an "asshole". This prompted me to also leave the class. I have taken several first aid/CPR courses in my lifetime and this was not at all what I would expect for a professional CPR course. I want a full refund for the course as it was not what was described or expected, and the instructor was completely unprofessional.
