      Very Disapointed in this company they had me buy a new terminal and now 5 times it would not batch out so they keep the money now i have been in touch with them 6 times in the last 10 days and still not deposite the ******* into my account they keep blaming each other for not following thur now have been using the terminal after updating it why they did not do this right away who knows so tuesday used it and alreday got that deposite and after the update the wife did a 1 dollar charge and all that has went thur so now late charges are adding up and they still will not do any thing to correct it

      My restaurant has used Gravity Payments for about 2 years now and we have nothing to complain about. Never had any noticeable problems with out point of sale device. Impressive technology. Communication and data reporting has been great. They matched the credit card fee rate of the popular point-of-sale competitor in the region. It's real nice when something just works and I never have to worry about it. ****************, *********, **
