    My mother passed away over six months ago. A affidavit was sent in to the company over 2 and months ago to do a name change. The employee lied about the cause of death and claimed they didn't have the ability to change or update it when they actually did. These people are not running a business. They need some serious looking into...

    Hi,

    I can provide you with the vall log and wrll as thr minutes on the phone speaking with one of thr managers and 2 of the employees. As well as any of the email correspondence. Considering I did not record the conversation. Do these pieces of evidence help with taking my complaint into serious consideration? I can/will provide you with the emails I had to send to Biogift as well which is the donation center for my mother body. I am wanting a full copy of the completed death certificate, reimbursement for the 70$ paid which I can supply you, and the record of their overtly display of unprofessionalism. Please take the time to read the company's reviews on ****** as well.
