    This is a company that retaliates against restaurant who reject their services . This company partners with yelp and work together to redirect potential customers to restaurants who uses they services. Using rating, posting health department reports ( that are not final sometimes). The local health department post the final report online once a decision have been made. So its not a secret that the restaurants are trying to keep from the customers.

    Zero stars. Hazel Analytics posted misinformation about a restaurant's health score. We just went to a fantastic new restaurant near work but almost didn't go because we checked Yelp and the page stated that the restaurant only had a condtional pass and I'm very careful about such things, especially these days. We walked by anyway and the health department had posted a pass not a condtional pass in the window. That Hazel Analytics claimed that this new restaurant currently has a consitional pass is beyond irresponsible. Half of my favorite restaurants shut down because of the pandemic and new restaurants that are not corporate chains are struggling to remain open. Before this restaurant opened we only had three other sit-down, non-chain restaurants near the office. We are in ************* and our downtown area has been decimated and all of us and City Hall are desperate for a revival. To potentially negatively affect business for a new place, which we ended up loving and will be our new spot if they can stay open, is egregious. I cannot believe it is legal for a business to post improper health department information. Hazel Analytics is incredibly irresponsible.
