    Im not sure this company is using their government fund appropriately. They offer emergency rental assistance but its not urgent whatsoever. They want you to become homeless before they ********** any help and still wont help.

    I was super excited to see relief for being evicted and said you had to be in eviction to apply so I immediately filled out the application on Sep 6th I waited patiently and got an text on Oct 9th to send my landlord information and and current bills of which I sent back immediately. I then was told I had to wait to be approved and here it is another month and I haven't anything about my status I called last week and my caseworker told me that Friday she would be getting some approvals and to call back Monday so waited till Tuesday nov 8th to call back but had no answer!!! I was counting on this to come threw for me because I had court dates to go too in which I had till the 31st to make my payment or the sheriff was coming to put me out!! So I pawned my ring to get the rest of the money not to be thrown out as me and my landlord have been waiting patiently for this relief??? I'm grateful if I do get help but why say you have to be in eviction status knowing there is a wait from live stories and you could still be put out if you don't have anything in hopes they would send relief I find this very unprofessional and nerve wrecking and there needs to be better communication with the people that apply. Moving forward I need answers and a time period on when I will be getting assistance Seems an little off
