    I signed up to an online dating site on. They charged me $14.99 for a 3 month membership on 1/12/2025. I am pretty sure they said I could get a refund if I cancelled within the first week. The website is no good. I do not get any replies or likes from other members. On 1/13/25 and 1/14/25 I wrote to them several times asking them to close my account and issue a refund. They do not respong and keep sending me spam email.

    On December 4, 2024, I visited the Mingle2 website to a free profile I had online. I paid the amount requested and realize that all the months came out at once instead of what they were advertising for monthly. Therefore, I changed my mind and cancelled & requested a refund. Their policy is that you can cancel at anytime. When I requested the refund, they indicated that they will contact me within 24 hours. A week later I have yet to hear from them.
    I am requesting assistance in this matter.

    on or about june 2, I applied for a free membership to a dating site (mingle2). I supplied the asked for personal information, and uploaded a current photo. I was notified i was excepted and was given immediate access. I was very pleased with my experience, and was in the process of a possible match. The second day I decided to get back to a really nice lady. this time there was a message telling me i had been blocked from the site, until i again loaded a photo, this time i was instructed to give same pose as an example photo that was supposed to be located above my instructions. Only problem, there was not one there. I spent many minutes looking and thought i had found it. i again followed their instructions and sent the second photo with what i thought was the pose they wanted. this time i received another message saying the photo was rejected. i proceeded to send several emails asking for an explaination. I have not received anything in return. I lost my wife of over 50 years in early Jan. and hoped this would give me some comfort. please look into this for me. ******

    Mingle2 allowed someone to falsely use my phone number to set up an account with them. I’ve been getting texts from a number of women. I left texts with this company and their corporate office and no has returned my call or complaint to resolve this issue. I want my phone number taken off there website immediately.
