      I have been a Nordstrom shopper for decades and the customer service experience is consistently stellar. My favorite feature of theirs is their personal stylists. They are completely free. I'll occasionally make an appointment at my local Nordstrom and a stylist will pick out clothes based on what I'm looking for. And they're available while I'm trying things on to bring different sizes or options. What prompted me to go out of my way to write this review was that recently I ordered a new pair of boots. The boots were not cheap. So when they showed up in a bashed up box, I was incredibly disappointed, even though the boots themselves were unharmed. However, Nordstrom remedied this situation by sending me a replacement box. They actually sent me an empty box that not only matches the brand and type of shoe I bought. The size even matches the size of my boots. The person I worked with on this issue was super friendly and helpful and fixed the problem very quickly. I was so impressed by the customer service response.

      Worst customer service. They had me order the same product three times, and each time the order was cancelled. If this was the old Nordstrom, they would have not take this S#@T customer service and worked to rectify, but this person wouldn't give me her name or ID number and was only caring about getting me off the chat.I've been a customer for over 20 years. No more. They can go bankrupt for all I care.

      I buy the ******* from this companys website for delivery. The website show items delivered but I didn't receive it. The customer service say that's my responsibility they don't do replacement or refund

      I ordered two pairs of shoes through the Anniversary sale in July. They were delivered to my sisters address in ********, ******. My sister did not know I shipped them to her house, was confused by the order, and dropped them off at Nordstrom in ***************** in ******** two weeks ago in August. She did not return the shoes, she simply dropped them off with a Nordstrom employee. Instead of checking the receipt, order number, or shipping label, an employee at Nordstrom put the shoes back out on the floor to be sold again. This employee did not return the shoes or reach out to me, the customer, to check on the accuracy of the shipping address or if I still wanted the shoes. They opened the package without looking at the receipt, order number or name on the shipping label and instead, resold them. So the shoes were sold twice, profiting from me and another customer. I have been a customer with ******************** for over 15 years and never had the experience with customer service I did, nor am I aware of this policy or procedure. The store employee I spoke with at ***************** was rude, unhelpful, told me a manager would call me back after their lunch break, and hung up on me after it was clear she was could no longer answer my questions or help me further. The manager never called me back. I received an email processing my return. I am thankful to have my money back, but the overall experience was poor. It makes me not want to shop with Nordstrom anymore after their lack of customer care. It feels very different than the Nordstrom customer service I revered for so many years.

      Nordstrom is my go to store. I always search here before anyone else. However, I only purchase through PayPal now. Every time I make a purchase through PayPal Nordstrom declines my orders. They state that they were unable to match my account blah blah blah and I have to wait a couple of days to get it resolved. Well it happened to me 4-5 times this week during their huge sale. Were on the last day and Im at the point where Nordstrom has officially lost a customer. Every time I have finance look into it they resolve it and its another issue the next day. My order would go through and within 2 mins its canceled stating the item is no longer available but in reality its because they think its fraud or whatever the case may be. Its an annoyance and seeing as this is the last day the last item I wanted to purchase wont be at that price tomorrow. I rather shop online than go in person. I can only purchase in person without it being an issue. I dont know if it was the crowdstrike hacking that out everybody on edge but this isnt okay and Im highly disappointed. Which is fine, its basically telling me to save my money or find a better department store. Say less..

      i purchased items online for christmas presents from nordstoms and then i never received my items i ordered . i was told i would have to get a refund that could take up to 3 weeks and i would have to pay twice for my presents with money i don't have .the idea that nordstoms would just resend the items without making me wait for a refund is bad customer service . the items were return for damage before i got them . if you want to be treated poorly and made to wait for a company to do the right thing then nordstoms is the place you want to be . i for one don't want my black friday purchases to be stolen or delayed by this less then honorable company nordstoms
