    On 12/29/2021 we paid Baby Diaper Service $1,446.99 ($1416.99 plus a $30 set-up fee) for a year of diaper service for our grandchild. The service began with one pre-birth delivery in January 2022, and then normal service started after our grandchild was born on 02/08/2022. The diapers were delivered to the grandchild's mother. On 07/05/2022, Baby Diaper Service Inc. sent our grandchild's mother an email that said, "Baby Diaper Service has been faced with some challenges recently and while we hoped the outcome would be different, we are forced to discontinue our cloth diaper service." Baby Diaper Service went on to say that they will now have a subscription service for disposable diapers and that she could sign up for that, OR also that, "Of course, we can also refund unused weeks of service." Our grandchild's mother asked for a refund on 07/05/2022. My husband also called on 07/05/2022 and asked for a refund. They verbally approved the refund at that time. On 07/20/2022 my husband left a message on Baby Diaper Service's voicemail asked about the status of the refund and to call him back. Baby Diaper Service never returned his call and we haven't received any refund. Our grandchild's mother again emailed Baby Diaper Service back again. She never heard from them, didn't receive a refund and neither did we. My husband has since called them multiple times. They do not answer the phone. They need to honor their promise of a refund of unused weeks of diaper service.

    Complaint ID ********: The business responded the same day after I submitted the BBB complaint. They gave us a refund for the amount I was seeking. They also called my husband and spoke with him. I was impressed with how quickly they responded and was happy that they resolved our issue. Thank you for your help.
