    I paid $3041.99 for a website that I was under the assumption that I would own. I didnt know that the hosting only lasted for a year and they charged me $500 to host my website for a year and then when it expired which they never told me that it expired, they wanted to charge me another $800-$1000 to get it up and running again When I had a friend thats an IT person look into my website it shows that its Percha through September ****, so Im not sure why I couldnt have my registered name with the ******************* and also I bought the rights to my website and they will not give it to me. Ive read a lot of really bad reviews on this company and Im really discouraged by them and really upset with the way they do business and in the end I paid them $500 for my website design, I ended up going in and doing the paragraphs myself because they couldnt get it right. And also they registered my website in Iceland, which makes no sense to me at all.

    I had some business cards made which were beautiful by one of the employees. That employee has since left and I was contacted by ***************** in November 2022. He had told me that the person that did my business cards was no longer with the company, and he was taken over his clients. He was telling me that he does websites and he would like to give me a free page of what he did. I was reluctant because I didn't want to do that at that time, I was with wix and somewhat satisfied with them however I knew I needed a website, so I decided to give him a try since he did say it was free. The work he did was absolutely beautiful. I emphasized that I needed to have this ready complete 100% by January 1, 2023, he said it will be done. He asked me to send him pictures. I have him access to my wix account so that he can see what I have done on my own and I told him everything that is on wix, I need that done. I have a hair salon and I book clients through my back office. I did not want to have the public book online because I was still a little bit nervous about that and did not want to run into the problem of overbooking .**** did the work I paid him and since January of this year I have gotten nothing but the run around the work is still not done. I don't have a back office anymore to book clients myself. It's not connected to my social media sites. The public can book an appointment with me. However the problem is I have no way of knowing that they have booked which leads to a lot of confusion for me and the client. I have complained and I have talked to them several times and I've got nothing but the runaround. This has made my life harder than it was before and very unprofessional and embarrassing because when people broke on the site I have no way of knowing. The work is not done. It is incomplete. It is not finished. It's causing me drama, embarrassment and more work because I cannot book clients now in the back office, but the public can which leads to more confusion.
