    I paid for an original painting, requested tracking info by 3 emails and left a voice message. No response and no item arrived. Today, merchant relisted the painting for sale.

    I ordered a used MXR M169 Carbon Copy Analog Delay Guitar Effects Pedal from Dealswins.com in December 2024, and received email confirmation that the order was processed on December 27 2024. I never received any update on it being shipped, and I have sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls to answering machines with no response. I would prefer to receive the item that I ordered and paid $58.05 for, however would settle for a full refund if that is my only option.

    I ordered from this company on 1 January 2025. I have written to them repeatedly to find out the status of my order. I have not received any response. I have also called them repeatedly and now I get a recording saying that the mail box is full. I would prefer to get the merchandise I ordered, but will accept a refund if necessary. I need to know the status of my order, and they are unresponsive, contrary to the effusive commitment to customer service on their web site.
