    I purchased a doll for my grand daughters birthday and waited on it to be delivered. It arrived at this house yesterday 6/28/2024 and packaging was damaged and not the dolls I ordered. I took video and pictures of what I received verses what I ordered and it was 2 different dolls. The company responded and stated they can verify it is the same doll to which I annotated a lot of differences. This place offered me 10% off and asked if this was acceptable? No its not acceptable. I would like the doll I ordered that cost my husband $108.00 after shipping instead of the cheap made, very different doll.

    On Nov 19 2022 I place a order with ellareborndolls got thank you for my order they took my 100 for doll out of my account. Few days latter tried to track my order had no tracking are message so I sent email.it said does not exist so I went to bank file a affidavit and went out of town and i missed the dead line ******** said get in touch with bbb.. all I'm asking is my money back never heard anything from them I never received a doll from them. I believe this company is a scam Can you please help me. ********************************

    I made a purchase through this business. Waited the allotted amount of time, I received a tracking number on the day of delivery it states my package was delivered but it was not. *** attempted to contact this person through the website and social media in which the email and social media accounts have since been deleted. Ive seen where this is happening to other people as well. I am seeking a refund for this scam. I spent $100 with this business thinking this ordeal was legal

    I bought a doll from this online store for $110.00 and was shipped by ****** Only to find out it was a scam. I never received it. I called ***** and they said was an invalid tracking number. The company lied and took my money and has now blocked me on email. They are ignoring me and havent sent a doll or refund.
