    Hired this company to help with my sons drug recovery. Went to the in patient program first for 30 days that was very good. Went to the follow up out-patient program that was not. My son was kicked out with 3 days left before he would have completed the program and been able to move on to the next level of care. His primary counselor was not involved. Decision was made by the director and another counselor that *** not know my son. Attempted to resolve issues but, was talked over and hung up on and called back and no return calls. Have reread mission statement they have posted on line and can't believe why they would not deal with any small issues they had. With only three days left the since of accomplishment is gone, the will to continue is gone, my son was made to feel "untreatable"... They claim the level of mental health care he needs is more than they could provide. OK why kick him out with only three days left? Why not work with him to place him in different care? Collect them money but, ***'t complete the treatment per your mission statement. Non professional and for profit company is all I can assume.

    Dear Better Business Bureau:


    The Evergreen at Northpoint, LLC (Northpoint) is in receipt of your letter, dated April 20,2022, related to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint in the case identified above.

    Please note that Northpoint is a healthcare provider that is subject to applicable patient privacy laws.  Therefore, to permit Northpoint to fully respond to the complaint, the complainant will need to sign the enclosed authorization form.  Northpoint requests that the BBB provide the form to the complainant and, if the complainant signs the form, provide a copy of the signed form back to Northpoint.

    The BBBs April 20,2022 letter states that there are two sides to every dispute.  Unfortunately, without the signed authorization form, Northpoint is prohibited by applicable law to fully respond to the complaint.
