      The first transaction for which I have paid for items yet to be received is October 6, 2023. Order #**** for $409.07.I own a benchtop CNC milling machine and the transaction was for a "Universal Jig" for the purpose of holding parts in the machine. In the next few months I paid for other accessories that would complement the Universal Jig that broaden the Jig's uses, including tooling and other jigs. Order #***** for $65.58, Engraving Jig, not received.Order #***** for $410.00, Tooling Package, Probing, Engraving Sub-Plate, and an "Optional" Priority Payment that I was told would Expedite the processing and shipping of Order #**** that I purchased on October 6. I have reached out multiple times in the form of emails and telephone calls where I cited all order numbers and requested any information on expected shipping dates or what kind of expedited time frame the extra $300 bought me. I have yet to receive a single piece of return correspondence.There had been zero effort on their end to resolve this or even talk to me or even allow me to receive a refund. This business is supposedly a sister company to GhostGunner.net, where a link is provided for accessing GGD. I have contacted members of GGD (Defense Distributed) and voiced my concern about GGD being allowed to have a link remain on their website after multiple customers have experienced the same problem. After sending an email theeatening a lawsuit, I received a notification that my items had been shipped. In reality, that is not the case. A shipping label was created with a tracking number generated, but the shipper ***** has yet to be supplied with the items so that they can be shipped.

      ordered 2 items on November 16,17/2023. from GGD LLC. Items have listed 3 months lead time for shipping. Wrote to company to ask for shipping dates multiple times. received only automated response thru email for the last 6 months. no information on shipping times nor contact from a representative of the company about this issue. it has been 6 months since order and no reply about the actual shipment date. would like my order fulfilled. Or refund with explanation of delay.

      Purchased several products from this company and its literally been years of new promises to receive the items at a specific date and I have not seen any of the items I paid for in full. Then, they started to ask for more money to have items expedited. Although I paid for quick shipping and got everything they said that would help. These folks are unorganized and essentially stealing money from people. At this point its been 2 years of waiting on products that shouldve arrived within a couple months.

      Purchased a jig and other products from the company over a year ago. Never received any of the items I purchased. Recently received an email from the company trying to extort more money from me for an item I already paid.
