      I purchased a marketing list from the vendor. The list was full of false addresses and it actually broke my email system. When I told them about it, they offered a refund. However, they never issued the refund. When I checked back in about it months later, the head guy said "take it up with your credit card company." However, they use a third-processor called Payoneer and there is no way to get the funds back from that service since there is proof that they did actually give me a product.

      Hello BBB Team

      Customer *** purchased an email list by paying 600 USD through credit card and we have custom built the database using our research team as per his target criteria. After using the list he found 81% accuracy and 19% invalid contacts and demanded a full refund. We have offered the refund for the 19% invalid contacts but *** was insisting for the full refund. ***************** did the chargeback of the full amount of 600 USD on 12/21/2022 and again started asking for the list rework and refund. Attached the proof showing full refund was made and the amount was debited from our account through the credit card service provider. After doing the full amount recharge again *** started sending several emails asking for a list or refund, which we have clearly mentioned they have done the full chargeback of the amount and they need to contact their credit card service provider for the same. Yesterday (02/07/2023) again *** started sending emails and we have clearly told him we cannot work or further respond to a customer who has done the CC chargeback of the full amount paid for the service and still received and used the promised database which as 81% accurate (and we were ready to give credit balance for 19% inaccuracy.)

      Another reason ***************** pointed out was Hubspot suspends their access to send emails.  ******* has a clear policy against using email purchased lists on their system. They have clearly mentioned their policy on this link ****************************************  ( Point 2 c). ***************** has violated their usage policy.

      We would request the BBB team to stop entertaining these kinds of customers who have done the chargeback of the full amount they have paid for the service and used the product for free and are still complaining about it.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Vendor is coordinating with us to get the money back to us that we are owed.  However, he says he needs 90 days.  Once we get those funds, I am very happy to close this case.
