    I made a online purchase on April 15, 2025. I have not gotten the Brother sewing mat and was told when I called they don't have it. I have not gotten my refund $109.99 which was charged to my credit card. This is not an honest business do not buy here.

    Scam! I purchased a sewing machine on 2/6/24, they charged my card and sent me an email stating the item had been shipped on 2/7/24 with an expected delivery of 2/11-2/13. On 2/14, when I hadn't received the item yet, I contacted the company only to hear back from them a week later that the item was out of stock and they would issue a refund (which I have yet to receive). So why not call me the same day to tell me? Why create a bogus shipping label and email me a tracking number? Why did I have to **** down the customer service chat and track down the item and my refund? Buyers beware - I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing from this company. I trusted them as a *******'s authorized seller.

    I have called World Weidner twice.Im new to using my Janome embroidery machine, but **** was able to guide me through my problems.She gave me great advice. Its hard to give advice over the phone.She deserves a raise and the person who hired her!Thank you
