  This year, I went through a very challenging and unjust time with my former employer. I was frustrated and I needed legal guidance to help me obtain my severance package. The Emery Reddy team was amazing. They guided me every step of the way during a very stressful legal battle. In the end, I received what was owed to me and then some. And none of that would have been achieved if not for the team at Emery Reddy. They were communicative, helpful, honest, and direct. And when things got rough and emotions were high, they helped me move through it. I can't say enough good things about this team. Thank you!

  This law firm is a joke . Super unprofessional. They took my case and NEVER kept me informed. I contacted Emery Reddy PLLC almost 4 YEARS AGO for a wrongful termination employment matter against the company Asurion. I was told by the attorney ******* Reddy and *************************** That Emery ****** was definitely going go represent me and take my case. I signed all the representation documents, attorney client forms and sent all necessary documents needed to successfully move forward with my case. A demand letter was drafted and sent to the company and I was told they would contact me with an update. A few weeks later I received this email;'On Jun 30, 2021, at 1:23 PM,Hi ********,*******'s in-house counsel reached out to us and requested an extension until July 19, 2021 to respond to the demand letter in light of the holiday. We granted the request, as we typically do as a professional courtesy.We will let you know when we have further updates.Sincerely,***************************** PARALEGAL'I contacted Emery Reddy several times for an update after this but was always told someone would get back to me and no one ever got back to me or gave me an update. I just assumed the case wasn't worth their time and they just stopped working on it. Almost 4 years later I get a few random emails from the firm asking me to contact them to talk about my case...I seriously thought it was spam at first lol It was just too weird and I didnt want to contact them.After I posted this review on yelp about my experience with this firm, I received multiple emails from ******* Reddy telling me to take my review down or he would respond by calling me a liar.This is bullying and borderline harassment. I am allowed to share my experience. This is the experience I had with this firm and I will not remove my review

  Hi ******** we are saddened by your false review. We worked very hard for you, and you unfortunately fell out of touch with our office. You admit to this in your review. I wish we could have helped you, but we cant help people who do not respond. Imagine going to court and never having talked to your lawyer because you didnt return their calls and you missed your scheduled appointments.

  We are also saddened that we are unable to post returned mail we received or a recording that your voicemail is full and we cant leave a message. We have asked the BBB to remove your post because it contains attorney-client privileged information.We tried emailing you several times to remove the false posts (the only thing true about your review), but just as when we represented you, you never responded. We are proud of the free legal work we did for you and truly wish you the best in your future endeavors.Sincerely,Emery Reddy

  Emery reddy,wow ! avoid them like the plague.they lie ! They are not nice people,and they do not like you to call them,they will not stay in touch with you.I thought that they would be great from what I had read about them ! But no ! No stars from me ! If I can *** them I will,they pass you from one person to another all the time,I had them helping for sometime and did not know what was going on half the time ! I was getting some time loss,but not a lot,and I can tell you I needed money to make ends meet ! Got an email one day out of the blue ! It read. We no longer Represent you ! And that was it ! No reason why,or anything ! I still have the emails from them. I found a new law firm,and right away I started to get money again,and you might say that they saved my life as I was ready to call it a day. I also because of emery reddy owe over $7,000 . I will be doing an ******* Channel where I can show people the emails and how I was treated from **** ready. Please do yourselfs a Favor ! Stay away from emery reddy ! They **** big time,
