It was a "Change Team" Event of our department in the community center. The Guest Speaker was so excellent in the delivery of her presentation particularly the "Miss You" Poem. The Group Activity of writing our own short poem of grief was so effective and powerful. Believe it or not, I also felt the grief of both the living and the "spirits" who resided in that historical building, so a Sincere Prayer has been offered privately. Thank you so much.

I reached out to ****** when my husband's grandmother was passing away and he needed help processing his grief in advance. She took us on and we met several times before his grandma died to work through grief. She came to our home to sit with us the day after she passed and it ended up being incredibly cathartic for myself and my husband. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported despite not having a caring community of our own.I have also taken a virtual grief class through A Thoughtful Death. It was informative and freeing. I can't recommend ****** enough.A Thoughtful Death LLC
