    AAA Fire was conducting an alarm check in my apartment building where I rent. I wasn't presentable, and pleaded to allow me 20 minutes to dress. The associate said he couldn't accommodate due to his schedule, and proceeded to enter my home. He actually said, "I'm just doing my job." It was humiliating, demeaning and unacceptable. The other tech and building manager were present during the incident...just to inspect my fire *************** Management companies: Do not hire AAA -- they will insult your tenants.

    This company is incapable to perform services. Twice, twice they were supposed to check fire sprinklers and on both occasions they showed up late or without parts. I have wasted 2 days because i waited for them to show up. I was told that inspection was not important by their vendors.
