    Sleepers In Seattle Submitted an order for a new sofa bed from Sleepers in Seattle (SLEEPERS). At the time of my purchase, their website indicated that 6-10 weeks would be needed for the sofa bed to reach me. I waited 6 weeks to contact them in order to request an update as to how much longer I would need to wait before my sofa bed would at least begin the shipment process. I called and spoke with a female. Her verbage was along the lines of: "Umm, gee, hmm, well, I don't know, umm, let me get back to you on this". Weeks of calls and emails go by, and all I got were excuses when it was clear to me that the woman had failed to place my order properly with the manufacturer. I sent an email telling her that 10 weeks had gone by and also giving her another week to start the shipping process; otherwise, I would dispute the charge with my credit card company. The female replies that their website "CLEARLY" indicated that it could take 10 to 14 weeks for fulfillment. Subsequently, I performed an historic search of their website. The search clearly showed that they had changed the 6-10 weeks to ***** weeks AFTER I placed the order. So she lied, as she had obviously lied on a few other occasions.However, the ultimate consumer insult occurred a few days later when the female sent me an email saying that they were cancelling my order. So after about 11 weeks of waiting, calling, emailing and being lied to in the face, SLEEPERS IN SEATTLE RUINED THINGS FOR MY WIFE AND ME. Their behavior has obviously degraded significantly because of a lack of competence and customer caring that apparently been supported by owner and management. Stay away from these people. Go elsewhere. They are incompetent, arrogant, lying, deceitful individuals who have no business being in the retail sales industry. They have an F Rating with the Better Business Bureau, and my experience simply adds to the abysmal failure of these people to treat people with respect.

    This customer's order was cancelled due to his repeated harassment of our staff, his rude and insult laced phone calls and emails.

    We strive to maintain a positive and respectful environment for all our customers and employees. 
    The interactions we had with ************ did not align with this standard. While we can't afford to turn away business, we do promote

    inclusivity and respect for all. ************ is not the type of person we want to do business with.
