      My F-150 truck was parked in the parking spaces near the **************, **. On windy days, the dumpsters are blown across the parking lot. This happens often. I feel sorry for the individuals that live in the apartments located at the round about at E ************** and ************************ (The *** intersection), I have seen the damage caused by Recology King County, Inc. dumpsters to multiple vehicles on different days.The dumpsters were blown into the side of my truck causing damage to my truck in three separate places. I have video of the dumpsters on numerous windy days blown into the side of my truck, an orange Jeep SUV and a *********** cx-5 vehicle too. I asked Recology to repair my truck and they denied my ********* attention on windy days and avoid parking anywhere near Recology's dumpsters because they are not secured and wind can easily blow them across the parking lot. Also, be careful if you have young children so they are not injured by these dangerous dumpsters. I do not know why Recology will not secure their dumpsters especially after I have told them how dangerous the situation is.I want everyone to know that I informed Recology King County, Inc. of this dangerous condition, so if your vehicle is damaged they cannot say they did not know.

      I have been calling CS for two months trying to get a replacement recycle bin for my old, broken one. I'm still waiting.

      We did not have our compost out on time, the driver came all the way around the block, and came back to get our compost container. It was my 7 year old grandson helping me and the driver was so nice to do this!

      This is the WORST run business I have EVER encountered. They routinely do not pick up our recycling. They never fill orders for trash bags on time. This is the only company that our business is allowed to use for picking up our trash and recycling. We are forced to buy their "clean alley" trash bags and $8.00 a bag, and after I place an order for bags, they tell me I should have them within 2 days. This NEVER happens. I have to follow up and call many times and for weeks, I send reorder requests via their website. So this results in our business not having our trash be picked up. So we have to store it in our back room which is smelly and I'm sure unsanitary. Please - I need help getting this business to actually do it's job. I am not alone. Other small business owners I talk with have these exact same problems with Recology.
