    I purchased a Multi-Brand Choice Gift Card on 12/25/24 for $50 and asked for the card to be resent to the receiver. I called ****** and verified the card HAS NOT been redeemed. I asked to have the card resent to the receiver and despite the card being unredeemed, ****** customer service has refused to resend the card or provide a refund. I am asking for the card to be resent to the receiver or provide a refund.

    I ordered a $200 apple gift card from ****** fulfilled by **************** and I never received it. It was shipped as far as *********,******* I livein Cocoa Florida and it was requested to cancel and return, and it was not canceled or asked to be returned by me, so I never received it and I never had the birthday gift for a friend of mine

    Ordered this PlayStation gift card for my husband for Christmas of $100. When he tried to redeem it, he was greeted with a message that the card had already been used. We have contacted ****** customer service at least 10 times and have sent their escalation department all the info that they have asked for and they have been giving us the run around. We were scammed and would like our refund or a new gift card code. Either will suffice. The physical card was sold by **************************** Also, the card showed up on our porch with no packaging or anything. Just laying at our door. The bar code does appear to be tampered with or completely remade with raised edges like a sticker. I do not feel we should be responsible for this loss. As it was your company's responsibility to deliver this intact and funded with the money we paid. We have filed a complaint with the ************************. For your info we have supplied pictures of the front and back of the card and order details. Serial number of card is #******************************. Amazon Order number is #***-8792209-7415417. Date of purchase was December 4th 2024.

    I purchased a $100 Door Dash gift card from ****** (third party seller ACI Gifts) on November 11, 2024, gave it as a Christmas gift but card says: Unable to Redeem. Been trying unsuccessfully for 10 days to get a resolution through ******. ****** first said the card was active. My niece tried again to use the card to no avail. Then they said the serial ************** code did not match. They tried to credit my ****** account but got a system error. I was told twice I would receive an email within 48 hours but did not then they told me to email *********************** which I did to no avail. I actually purchased two $100 Door Dash gift cards on *****. One worked and one did not. My godchild was able to use hers at ******** with no problem. Serial Numbers for both ********************** are: *************************************************************** although I do not know which serial number belongs to the Door Dash card that does not work. One ****** *** asked for the Claim ******** gave it to them (by texting my niece because she has the physical card). Another *** I spoke with told me not to give out the Claim Code but I have it if you need it.

     Just a note to let you know that Amazon has decided to resolve the complaint about the ******* Gift Card.

     

     Amazon has notified me that they will refund my account, for the ******* Gift Card that would not be accepted because it had indicated it was inactive when my relative attempted to use the gift card.

     

    (Apparently there have been other complaints about the *******  Amazon Gift Card packaged in a flat metal Cupcake Tin gift container.)

    I have an amazon account , I have purchased other gift cards from Amazon and had no issue using them. I added these giftcards to my grubhub account and tried to use them. My grubhub account was immediately frozen when I added the giftcards to my account. Gift ********************** are unusable. When I contacted Amazon, I was simply told it was nothing they couldnt do. ******* is saying to get money back from Amazon. Amazon wont refund.     ello. This is 2nd time we're submitting this incident report. Previously we submitted against Amazon.com and seem to getting nowhere. Now, we are submitting against the entity from which we purchased gift cards: ACI GIFT CARDS LLC. Incident Report We ordered 38 $100 amazon gift cards worth a total of $3,800. 8 of the gift cards arrived. 30 gift cards did not arrive and amazon reported those 30 gift cards as "lost". We were charged $3,800 for the full amount when only $800 worth of cards arrived. So, we demand a refund of $3,000 for the gift cards that did not arrive!!!!!!!!1. Order number:113-3121456-2881036 2.
