    We were referred to Burien Glass by our manufacturer for our frameless shower doors. Burien glass installed it wrong and has to come out several times to fix it but each time it is very hard to get ahold of the owner. Each time I try to contact the owner of the installation company he does not call me back or return my text messages. The following dates are when we attempted to reach out Nov 28th 2022~ to measure the shower for the manufacturer to make the door Dec 2nd 2022 for the measurement After the installation the door did well for about 6 months then after 6 months we had to have burien glass come to our residence to fix the hinges three times 11/28~ contacted to fix the door again for the 3rd time no response via email Contacted the manufacturer who contacted burien glass as well with no response. Finally on Dec 6th we were able to get hold of him via email after about 5 days Dec 15th finally they fixed the hinges again and we were told we needed a new door by the technician Dec 27th I sent a message to ***** via email regarding the *** of the new door with no response. as well as a Text message on Jan 3rd with no response. Jan 26th Burien glass was supposed to come but did not and I got a text stating they would be here on Monday Jan 29th~ text sent to ***** of Burien glass stating that I did not hear from them today as promised and no one showed to fix my door Jan 30th~ another text to see if they are coming this week Jan 30th~ texted back and asked if the workers could come at 10am I had to work so I asked if they could come in the afternoon. He responded with he would have to let me know later in the day if they could come~ No text message that day Feb 1st~ the workers came again and tightened the hinges and turned the door as they had put it on upside down~ once again two weeks ago we are having the same issue Thursday I texted him as well as the manufacturer and he has yet to get back to either of us.
