      I have used this company for two years. My contract was for exterior window washing and gutter cleaning twice a year. I elected to have the amount of the service paid in installments over the year. At some point during the past year the amounts of payment increased. Emails are sent every time the money is withdrawn, but I confess that I did not read them thinking that the cost was the same as it began.The last time the crew came to clean my gutters I was informed they couldn't do it that day because I have a cedar shake roof and they did not have the equipment needed to clean that type of roof. They had cleaned my gutters three times prior to this so I'm not sure why they were not prepared.A few days later I received a phone call from an employee telling me that I had been overcharged because the work order stated they applied **** treatment. **** treatment was not in my quote, and he went on to tell me that **** treatment is not good for cedar shake roofs so they hadn't done it (despite just telling me that the work order stated they applied it.) He did not tell me how much would be refunded. And I didn't hear anything more from the company after this call.Prior to this phone call, I had told the company that I would not be using them going forward. I had not been happy with how the work was done. And now I had even more questions about the billing process.I decided to look into the billing myself. I clearly should have done this previously (and that is on me) but I discovered that I was being charged over $500 a month for this service. The entire quote for service for the whole year was a little over $2000. They overcharged me over the course of two years by more than $4000.I have not received any information about how this has happened and when talking to billing they weren't even sure about the amount that I should be refunded. I have not received any phone call from management. I have heard NOTHING from them.This is fraud.
