    *********************** the manager of ******* upper ***************** Anytime Fitness unjustly and forcefully transferred my account to his club without my permission. The ******* upper ***************** location is not safe for me or for any human being to workout while the Insulation foam is exposed and hanging on the ceiling and we are exposed to deadly toxins and we breathe toxins instead of oxygen in a health facility. I got rashes on my skin and I would get short breath working out at that location till I noticed the insulation foam being exposed right on the ceiling. The bathroom smells like mold. It is unhealthy! They let the member use one towel for two or three machines to wipe down the equipment. How many members use that one towel per day? This is how the virus and germs are spread around from one member to the other in a health club. I got a phone call from ***** out of nowhere saying I am transfering your account to my location. I addressed the health hazarduse issue involving his location. He said no one has complained yet. I do not care, you have to pay for the few times that you used our gym. ***** unjustly and forcefully transferred my account and charged me his fees. ***** charged my card without my permission 29 fess and raised my membership dues to $67. I used to pay ***** after tax. I am requesting a lifetime free membership to Anytime Fitness in the entire world. Please cover the toxin the insulation foams and let the management know to busy themselves with their member's health and safety, clean the bathrooms offer the member cleaning tissue to clean the equipment after they used especially the time where the entire world suffer from COVID and Monkeypox, HIV virus and all the other transmitting viruses and disease. I am very disappointed and frustrated.
