    I underwent ketamine treatment at this clinic, but I didn't have the experience I was expecting, which is supposed to be the main benefit of ketamine therapy. The next day, the practitioner called me for a follow-up integration related to a journey that never happened. I'm requesting a refund or another chance to come in for a proper journey experience.

    Patient was seen, Dr.s note documented apt. She's didn't get the experience she expected, which cannot be controlled. Patient also didn't disclose drug use in-between appts, which affected her tolerance. Her follow up appt was cut short and she was refunded 50% 

    This patient was rude, did not disclose important information to Physican and had an expectation that could not be met. She also has a history of getting services and then demanding refunds. There are other Phyicians she has reported the same. The Doctor feels like it is drug seeking behavior. I cannot attach the session notes due to HIPPA, but they are available if it comes to that, and they are required to be submitted

    I am declining this response because the medication was ineffective. The treatment costs $500, and not experiencing any results feels like a scam. The lack of integrity in this situation is concerning, as it seems people are being taken advantage of financially. I expected to undergo the treatment again at no cost, and while I'm not requesting a refund, my past inquiries about one are irrelevant now. The business is acting in a ***** manner; they need to honor their commitment if their product fails to deliver results.
