  They have restrictions that are customized to each tenant, for example. We have an elderly lady on the third level who receives precedence for complaints, and the owner's sister, who lives on the fourth floor, may also receive priority.(Not sure how true this)I was locked out of my apartment one night (after hours), and there was a $275 fee to unlock the door. I asked ******** how much it costs to open the door during business hours. She didn't answer and found out the next day that it would have been free to open the door, but ******** appeared to have something against me and was hesitant to offer me this information.I reported an aggressive dog that a tenant couldn't handle, or control and their response was," Do you want to have a meet and greet with this dog?" How about no thanks?Ignoring legitimate complaints I reported this several times and the first excuse was," You have to report it as soon as it happens" and the guy told staff "Sorry it's my first apartment and I had a *****."which led to someone walking past my door screaming derogatory terms towards me thinking I was blaring rap music only to note it was the person above me.The second and third time I reported this person they partied from 2043 - 0113 and again I heard," This is serious, and we'll handle this immediately" I was told last time by staff, and I asked how did he away with this? I was told," he does it maybe once or twice a month, so it's not really an ongoing issue."Dates documented I've made formal complaints regarding this issue.July 14, 2023 ,September 30, 2023 October 13, 2023 October 16, 2023 October 20, 2023 January 13, **** Chaos (See photos)Guns at the park regularly, Gang violence, encampments you name it's here.They will argue and say oh no, it's never on our property so there's not much we can do, but I have receipts. The funny thing is they hired "security", but the "security" is outside with the addicts doing TikTok's for views.

  POC BEWARE!!!!! These apartments prioritize the wants and needs of everyone except people of color. Frequently I have been harassed by residents for simply entering a building I CLEARLY had access to either by fob or door code entry. People have walked past my door spewing racial slurs and when reported to the office the response was to put a camera in the corner of the apartment that clearly faces my door and mind you this was after I asked for permission to put a ring door camera for my safety. The community manager is also racially bias and puts on the facade she cares when really honestly could care less. Multiple complaints about people smoking, playing loud music and creating disturbances have been sent regarding the upstairs neighbor and the bar gets moved continuously. Someone complained about me blowing bubbles... BUBBLES and it was made such a major issue that I was pretty much forced to put my bubble machine away. Multiple acts of violence occur almost every weekend with the "security " present and when reported it's brushed off and said that the incident wasn't occurring on ***************** property so nothing could be done yet this is in clear plain view sight of my apartment. I've also had MULTIPLE packages signed for by the members of community staff and my packages were always "never delivered" yet signatures and pictures were provided by delivery couriers proving otherwise. The list of things wrong with this community go as long as ancient scroll and it's very sad. I'm originally from the south and have lived in many areas and never experienced the type of inconsistent, rug sweeping, resident service that I received here. DO NOT MOVE HERE if you want safety, friendly community staff and luxury. This is 2 seconds from being a glorified homeless encampment for the racially biased.
