      This is an AKA for park tower apartments otherwise known as CCI Inc or cci LLC. They have beeovercharging me for a section 8 choice voucher that I have. They are trying to evict me. They ate using a false address. I paid 1000$ to catch my rent up for 4 m9nths for a housing voucher that should have been paid by ha. **************** is ha! I graduated from ************************* in 1992. I go to college! I paid 1000$ for late rent while the rest of the complex is on vouchers I also paid 132$ for late fees that the management said l never paid. It was a western union money order . Theu have domestic terrorism here . It's based I spokane. They moved there organization to ******* but deal out of spokane 1000$ money ord4r #*********** 2nd money order # *********** both made out to park tower apartments for late fees an rent. My section 8 voucher is being stolen for a family of 6 or more. . I am a family of one. Please help me.

      I made a reservation for 3 nights at hotel indigo. My charge was $569.41. When I got to the hotel a sign in the front says valet parking see front desk so Im told I have to put a $100 deposit but I would get it back after my stay. I was never told I would be charged every day for valet nor was it posted anywhere not even the website that it cost. It was an extra $33 a day. I had a dog and was told the pet fee of $20 would be charged once. I was charged 4 pet fees total when told Id be charged one and only stayed there 3 days to start with. I first started with a phone call to the hotel on June 17th, they said they would have their manager fix it because they know its not correct and that they would call me in the morning. I have not received one phone call from them. And every call I made to them they put me on hold then would hang it up. Today June 20th I went to the hotel myself to speak in person and get back the money they took from me. When I asked about why I never got my $100 deposit back and why I was charged an extra $215 on top of my bill I was told it was for the pet fee and valet fees and the food I got charged to the room. She didnt say anything about removing any charges and that they were right. I asked her to print out my itemized receipt. I see 4 pet fees and she said she will remove 3 of them. I said not anywhere was it posted nor was I told that valet was $33 a day. She told me well we tell everyone I said I was not told she said its not her fault and she wont take the valet charges off. She said all of this added up to what I was charged. Then I ask why I havent received my $100 deposit then. She told me I owed $215 to them so it was put towards it. I said okay if thats the case wouldnt my card have been charged $115 and not $215 if you put that $100 towards it? And she said its your financial institution I said it has nothing to do with my financial institution. So I gave up and said I would just make a report to the BBB.

      Hello my name is julieonnawashington and they have not returned my $50 deposit on the fourth and on the 16th also on the 4th I was harassed & discriminated against while their male employees are banging on my room door trying to get in while I was alone and my boyfriend was down stairs smoking off hotel premises I have ptsd from being a **** survivor at the age of 12 Im now 20yrs old I told them NO the could not come in my room I was in the shower at the time I dont smoke there isnt nobody smoking in my room bc I have bad anxiety and cant be around smoke but my boyfriend then came up smelling like smoke an they then sent security up an he came in the room while my bf was present and said it doesnt smell like smoke an to just call the front desk an let them know everything is okay I did and the next morning prior to my check out they charged my card $360 after i payed $202 dollars and havent received my deposit and they have no explanation on why they told me they released it but it havent been released same with my stay on the 16th I have stayed there on 4 different occasions Im a loyal customer an to be harassed and discriminated against to point of a anxiety attack I would like my full refund of $202 my card is currently blocked form them taking any other funds from my account due to them trying to steal $360 dollars from my account an I know lost a $100 in total of my stay and they put me in a extreme mental distress its so much to explain please for more or better explanation call **********
