      This company is a total scam.They reel you in with an initial low-ball brochure offer. They offered 6-hour cleaning for $79 which I agreed to pay. I do not need a refund or dispute this charge.The cleaning was below average at best where I had to keep showing the person all the areas missed. In any case I still tipped the cleaner $20. As soon as the cleaner left, they charged my credit card another $49 for a membership I never signed up for.I tried to file complaint on their website, it had no E-mail or phone, just a chat bot which remains off-line and directs you to a "log a complaint" but when you try to do that, they try to sell you more services instead and you only option is to cancel to which they threaten to charge your card another $289.Basically, a scam to get your credit card number and keep charging you perpetually without your consent.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      My apologies for getting confused by the similar name. Their 2nd credit card charge indicated Dazzle Cleaning, so it was easy to be confused. 

      I think I have found the right business now, see attached. It has 442 reviews with a single star rating on Yelp. 

      Can the BBB please pursue the same complaint with the correct company, as attached, for me?
