On February 23 of 2023, we took a visiting cousin and our family of 4 to iFly Tukvilla for our flights. Immediately after the flight we were offered discounted return flight tickets, and I purchased those. (Order number 71687, three of '4 flight return vouchers' for $234.12 receipt attached )However later that same night I developed a neck pain that took two days to resolve.Another member of our group (the guest) had developed a back pain in her first flight of the day herself and declined the second subsequent high flight that same day that she had signed up for.The next morning I called iFly ******** and requested a cancellation of the future order. I was informed that this is non refundable.A couple of days later, after my neck pain was resolved with rest and icing, I made a second call and again made a request, letting them know that I developed neck pain and do not want to use my return vouchers, I was told that I am welcome to gift the voucher to be used by friends but I will not be given a refund.I feel that for an activity likely to cause a repeat of physical pain and for which within 24 hours I want to cancel a future ticket and get a refund, the company should allow me to do so. Especially and as they themselves confirmed on my second call, nobody informed me at the point of purchase that these would be non refundable.
