    I ordered and received ink cartridges for my printer but when I plugged them in, they malfunctioned. They arrived in a plastic shipping bag with no box. I tried to contact the company by phone but had to leave a message which I did. On their website there is a process for returns but the page I'm supposed to fill out won't show on the screen. Seems like a scam site to me. I doubt I will see my 50 dollars again but I don't want others to fall for this nonsense. Maybe they could be investigated?

    My order was canceled in October 2023 of $36.85 about ink cartridge. They became not in stock and didn't carry any more they they will give me a refund but never received it. I been trying to get in contact for 3 months or more no response my order number is 5111815.I have tried all options with no response

    The customer mailed in a check as payment for the order. By the time we received the check, the item had become unavailable. We sent the customer an email letting her know the item was no longer available, and we were cancelling the order. We did not deposit her check and instead destroyed it. We have made repeated attempts to contact her by phone and email but have been unable to reach her. Additionally, we left a voicemail explaining that the check had not been deposited and had been destroyed. However, if the customer still has questions or we can help in any way, would she please call us at 1-800-INKFARM during business hours so we can make sure she is completely satisfied.

    I ordered 2 61XLunits when I put in the printer it stated that they word not work in this printer HP ENVOY ****. please send me the correct units for this printer. I will return the ones that will not work. BLACK

    On 8/14/23 I spoke to a representative from Ink Farm to ask if their cartridges would work in my newer printer an HP OfficeJet ****e. They told me it should but if it did not, they would try to help me get it to work, and if it would not work they would send me a label to return it and refund my full purchase price. 1st they did work with me to get the cartridge to work, only sent me an e-mail that told me to turn off my printer for 15 minutes and try again. That did not work! So I have called four times and left messages, I have sent several e-mails asking for the label and refund starting on 8/15/23 and as of today 8/23/23 I still have not heard from Ink Farm. They guarantee satisfaction and a refund on their web site, but you surely can't prove it by my experience. All I want to do is return the ink cartridge and get a full refund.

    February 11 2023 I ordered ink for my ***** **** XP Expression printer, and they do not work. The printer doesnt recognize them. I tried doing all the tricks you suggested. However they dont solve the problem. I am going to return them and want ink cartridges for my printer sent back that will work.******************************* ********************

    The customer claims to have returned the items, though she did not contact ** first to request an RMA or let us know. We did not receive the returned items. Just now, we issued a full refund to her anyway. The amount of the refund was $55.92. The refund was issued to her credit card.
