    I have been a Seanet customer for over 25 years.On 4/2/24 I sent an email with document attachment to an accountant at *********************** but got no reply. I hae used my Seanet email address to contact **************** for decades. After confirming that **************** is in business, I sent him several more emails on 4/9 from my Seanet account and still got no reply. I then phoned the business and was told they had received no emails from me. Finally, I used my ******* email to send my return to ****************. This time my emails reached their target. On 4/8 I also sent a support request from my Seanet account about an unrelated error message I received while searching my Seanet mail - but again, received no reply whatsoever from Seanet. Not even an automated response. On 4/9 I sent a support request to Seanet from the ******* account outlining the problem. I got an autoreply acknowledging receipt and saying I'd hear back shortly. It's now 4/20 and I have sent numerous requests from both my ******* and Seanet accounts to ******************** tech support: ********************************** asking a) why my sent mail was not delivered; and, b) why I have not heard from tech support after so many requests. Some are direct replies to their auto-responses, so the Seanet request number is in the Subject line. But these appear to get bounced between my Seanet and ******* accounts. To date, I have had absolutely no response from Seanet regarding the problem of undelivered mail. No one has contacted me and no one has followed up as promised in their auto-generated support request responses.I want to hear directly from the company re undelivered mail and their failure to respond to support requests.Note: You may find that this company was administratively dissolved some years ago but continues to operate.I will forward sent emails and Seanet auto-generated responses upon request.Thank you, ********************** *********************************
