    Went online to schedule a mobile grooming service with the company I was contacted by someone from the company. We scheduled a date for a grooming appointment.They asked for a deposit. I paid the deposit for both my dogs to be groomed day of the appointment. I get a text message 23hours before my appointment saying one of their drivers was in an accident and I needed to reschedule or I could get a refund we asked about how far out to reschedule was. They told us about 2 1/2 weeks so we opted for a refund and since it was Martin Luther King dayon Monday, we knew we probably wouldn’t get it until Tuesday or Wednesday. We never received it on Wednesday and tried contacting the business And never got any response. We tried calling and still got no response.

    My 12 year old dachshund was groomed by Saul from Pawgo mobile grooming on Sunday, April 2nd. She was returned to me dripping in blood with multiple cuts. The groomer did not mention her injuries and left. Her ear was cut, behind her ear, her neck, her rear. I contacted Pawgo and Saul. I'm waiting to be refunded and Saul offered to cover associated vet bills. Saul is still working and able to do this to other animals with no repercussion from Pawgo. He has 40% negative reviews on his page. A 5 star review is automatically added when a grooming job is marked as complete so the 5 star reviews are very misleading. If you dont get in and edit them, they stay 5 stars. If you do get in and edit them, it adds your 1 star review but keeps your 5 star review as well. I thought I was getting a good groomer who worked for a big company, but really Pawgo just rents out their grooming trucks. I just think the public needs to be made aware.

    I had an appointment scheduled on 12/27/2022 for a mobile dog grooming service. Shortly before the scheduled appointment the groomer called to cancel. The groomer rescheduled for 12/31/2022. On that day, again shortly before the appointment, the groomer again cancelled. I called pawgo and asked to speak with a supervisor and was told one would return my call. A week later, when I had not received a call, I called again. Waited, left another message. A person then called me back, and offered to reschedule with a 25% discount. However, she would only offer times two weeks or more away, and only at times that I am at work. They do have weekend appointments and they do have afternoon/evening appointments, but if I wanted to have 25% off then it would have to be a weekday morning.
