    peoplesearch.com tried to bill my focus card. I do not recall purchasing or requesting their services. My email was not used for this. I do not know what email was used to sign up, but it wasn't me and yet my card number was used for this. I called them and they refused to transfer me to a supervisor or even cancel the subscription/service agreement due to the fact that I could not provide them with the accurate email account used to sign up.

    IVE BEEN RECEIVING NUMEROUS INCOMING CALLS AND THAT ONLY HAPPENS WHEN SOMEONE RELEASES MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. IM A STROKE SURVIVOR AND I GOOGLED MY NAME AND SAW THAT COMPANY HAS RELEASED LOTS OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND SELLING IT ON THE INTERNET. I RECEIVES 20 TO 30 CALLS A DAY WHICH PROMPTS ME TO TURN MY PHONE OFF AND I MISS IMPORTANT CALLS BECAUSE OF IT. THIS IS RIDICULOUS THAT THEY SELL OUR INFORMATION ONLINE TO SCAMMERS THEN WE HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE TO PROTECT OUR IDENTITY BECAUSE OF IT.

    I was charged $29.16 the service was for the people search website I only wanted the 1.00 free trial not the entire service because Im not even using this service anymore I just needed it one time, I really just want my money back and for the service to be canceled once and for all thank you for your understanding.

    I noticed charges occurring in my bank account for a peoplesearch123 for $39.97. I had no idea what it was, have never created an account with them or heard of them. I had to look up what it was. Then realized this has happened to other people. I reported it as fraud to my bank account and cancelled my debit card. Now I have another $39.97 charge! Im so confused. Ive been calling their so-called customer service number ************ and they are foreign rude women who demand your name and card info and if you dont give it to them they hang up on you. Now they do not answer my number after calling repeatedly. It is a complete scam company. Police need to be involved they are cyber-robbing people.

    I am seeking to have my telephone number removed from internet search with People Search. I have contacted the organization several times to no avail. Also contacted ****** on numerous occasions to have my personal phone number removed from the internet. My family is being harassed by an unknown person ************* who initially stated he had mistakenly called our phone number. And this unknown person continues to call and make harassment/threatening/intimidating calls. The caller has stated finding our home through internet search and says he will be coming to our home to die. Please help with this situation.

    After canceling the trial on the first day because they lied about having results they didn't for a search, I have canceled, or attempted to (I filled out the form and submitted it) at least 4 times. Yet they continue to try to charge me $39 and have recently started trying to charge me $2 to see if they can push the larger charge through next. It got to the point I couldn't even keep money in my account. Also, I can't get any response from customer service.

    Peoplesearch.com just took 39.95 dollars off my cash app. My son just sent me 50 to help me pay one of my bills because I’m on disability. Now I can’t pay my bill and I did not authorize them to take anything!!! I don’t know what I’m going to do now! I’m so upset!!!

    I opened up an account here because the price stated it was $1.00. Then I realized I was charged another $1.50. (To be honest I only opened this up because it was part of a list of things I had to do to win a big gift card). Days later I see a $39.97 charge that I NEVER agreed to, NEVER saw it on the signup screen either. I call the company to cancel and they had horrible service. The person on the other line had to call me back AND still no service I couldn’t make out what she was even saying. I ended up sending an email because I am absolutely frustrated at this point.
