      I gave her investigator person by the name of *** ***** which was given to me, all he had to do was serve my son court papers. I'm in apartment #***, my son is around the corner in #***. I can see my son's front door from my window. The maintenance was in my apartment when I returned they immediately left. I looked out my window I never saw him go to my son's apartment but he described his wife so I believed him. I requested my paperwork because it was a simple thing to walk around the corner and hand me the paperwork. It never happened, my son never mentioned receiving the paperwork and my daughter was on the phone with my son at the time and never heard him or his wife go to the door. I called and texted and she sent me a typed copy of the form, but mine I had filled out by hand with an electronic signature. It was a little blurry and very small on my phone. When I attempted to pull it up on my computer it was not there. I checked every folder nothing I contacted her again, nothing but silence.The only reason I hired her was because she was recommended by you BBB. Others charge half her price, but since she was on your page I hired her to my sorrow.

      We had completed this process service upon receiving the paperwork from ********. The reason she did not see my investigator go to the door immediately after taking the paperwork from her is because, as professionals,we need to conduct our due diligence and review the paperwork we will be handing to the individual, as well as look over the proof of service that she completed ahead of time, to ensure that it is accurate and thorough, since that is what we will be signing under penalty of perjury. For that reason, the investigator returned to his vehicle to review. It turns out that the proof of service was not complete nor accurate; which is why we review, and why we did not return her hand filled copy to her because we needed to modify it. If we hadnt done that, then it was possible her entire service/files/paperwork would be rejected by the court and she would have to go through hiring and paying for the process service again. In the end, we went above and beyond for her and her case, to ensure everything was accurate and complete, whereas other companies may have simply taken the paperwork without reviewing, handed it to the subject, signed the paperwork and handed it back to ********.
      As for her other issue of the proof of service I had emailed to her: She says she had it in her inbox and reviewed it when I sent it but couldnt find it in her inbox later on. I think it goes without saying that we did our part in sending her the proof of service and have nothing to do with it disappearing from her inbox/computer. That is a technical error on her end or user issue, but, once she emailed me saying she couldnt find it anymore, I re-sent it to her as soon as I saw her email an hour and a half after she sent it.

      6/17/2024 $125.00 I contacted the company via thumbtack. ****** called me and left a voicemail saying they can do the service I requested. Once I called her back she started requesting information that I did not need to disclose yet I did. She then refused the service I needed and offered another service I had already did myself. She was adamant that they have better resources and could get the information I needed. I paid for the service and unfortunately 24 hours later there was no new information. I contacted ****** about this matter and was refused to resolve this with a refund.
