      My daughter purchased a class gift certificate for me. I have tried to sign up for the class, always full or on date I can't attend. Artist moved location, doubled the price for classes and is now closing for the summer and will not refund. The ******** website indicates they are going out of business - everything is for sale. Owner states I can buy equipment and leftover goods at a sale this Sunday - last chance, but I am out of state. Owner did not contact certificate holders that this is a last chance opportunity and I feel that I will never get my $75 worth of service from this person.Quote from owner -" The gift card is not void after this Sunday. This Sunday is just the last opportunity to come see our products in person. The classes will be back in the fall once we have our new location." They state there is a no refund policy - yet they are not providing a service for me to use my certificate and can not give me a date for when they will provide the service again.
