    I ordered a bag of Microlab's D3/K2 supplements on January 9th. On January 13th tracking said it was out for delivery. On January 21st, the tracking was updated to say it was being shipped from China although it states on the website that they are a US based company. I asked for a refund, and on Jan. 28th they said because they were out of stock on Amazon, they had to ship from China and as it had been shipped, they could only offer a refund if I were to return the product. On February 9th shipping was updated to say there was unpaid postage and wouldn't be delivered. I didn't notice this until March 4th, I emailed the company asking again for a refund telling them I had also paid for shipping protection, and heard back from the "new management company" and that they had no access to old orders. On March 14th, my package arrived (after all), I emailed the company to start a return and they refused, again saying they were a new management company and could not receive returns/give returns on old orders. This company is a TOTAL SCAM and I've seen many many comments on their instagram posts saying the same thing.
