    I am at a hotel in *******. I found We Wash 24 online to do some laundry I needed cleaning. I completed the online form which said my order would be pick up the same day and returned the following day. After placing my order I received email with price estimate of $4.42. Later on I get a notice that they were having issues and could pick up my clothes the following day. Since I would still be in town for a few days I told them that would be fine. My clothes were picked up the following morning and returned the next morning. But then I received notice that my total charge was nearly $50 for one small bag of clothes. After inquiring I was told in their FAQ section (which you would have to search for if you had questions) there is a 20lb minimum. This minimum was not mentioned in my original price quote that I received via email. in fact, their website Pricing Page does not even mention of a minimum charge. This is very deceiving and does not reflect the true costs that customers have to pay :( I also requested a refund of a tip I left and still no response. Attached is a copy of my original price quite and the final order charge.

    After speaking to the customer, he was made aware that there was a 20lb min and understood why there was a min. It states on our website that there is a minimum.
