I retained this firm in 2022 to help me apply for ****. I don't qualify for SSI/SSDI because of the benefits cliff (I would have to voluntarily become homeless in order to qualify). They basically just told me I don't qualify and stopped replying. The social security office called to tell me they are continuing to try my case and will continue to do so to make their ***** even after essentially discarding me without contacting me or trying to collect updated medical information. This will make it harder for me to apply in the future. I have been contacting them repeatedly demanding they be removed as my attorney of record. I finally received a response on 01/10/25 saying they would send me a confirmation letter. I still have not received one so now I'm filing a complaint. I need them removed as my attorney of record. I need them to stop trying a case they won't win because I have revoked my consent. I have never even been offered to talk to an actual attorney or an in person consult- the entire office operates by phone/email and the only ones you ever talk to are the lower staff not the lawyers themselves. I thought I was retaining a lawyer to help me win my case- I didn't receive any help from an actual lawyer nor any advice on practical ways to actually try to win my case. I need documentation that they are no longer my attorney of record and that our agreements have been terminated and that they will stop trying my case. An apology wouldn't hurt either.

This law firm won the disability claim for my now deceased brother. He died waiting for his claim to be approved. The law office has been ignoring my mom and our dealings with them. ****** took his 7 grand fee and ignored my mom and I for so long that SSA closed his claim and we are stuck still trying to get them with NO HELP FROM THIS LAW FIRM. This has been a insult to my brother. This law firm has stolen from my brother and my mother now. Pretty sure this is illegal!!Would like any help you could provide to remedy this situation. thank you.
