    1) I reserve a limo for 3/3/2023 through Price4Limo, in which they contracted service out to Sabra Limo Service Seattle. 2) The driver contacted me the day of pick up and told me he was on his way. 3)After being 30 minutes late, I called him back and he stated that he was broke down on the highway (engine overheated). 4) I asked him to have his manager contact me with a resolution because I had a group of women waiting to go out to celebrate a birthday. 5) Nobody called me back so I proceeded to call Sabra Limo Service only to get transferred around and either put on extended hold or nobody would answer. 6) on 3/6/2023 I contacted the office to discuss getting my money back (they charged my credit card $1032 on 3/3/2023) for no services rendered and they acknowledged and told me they would refund me 7) I waited until 3/30/2023 for payment, with no payment yet, I called again at 4pm central time. This discussion ended with another promise to refund my money. 8) it is 4/5/2023 and I haven't seen a credit back to my credit card or heard from them.

    On August 16th 2022, I contacted this business to arrange a round trip to an event and was quoted $85 each way, to which I agreed.Shortly after that telephone conversation, I received an invoice $111 each way, and requesting my signature for billing. I did not provide a signature or authorize billing, and texted the individual with whom I corresponded (******) to indicate that because of the price differential I was not interested in proceeding would make other arrangements.On the day of the event (August 17th), a driver was apparently sent to my home despite that correspondence and without my permission to bill my card. I was billed for a trip I did not take, and was also charged for a 'tip and tax' for that same trip. All of this without my signature and without my agreement. I have agreed to pay for the driver's waiting time, because I believe that *** have been a genuine misunderstanding, but the business is charging me for a trip that did not take place, and refuses a refund.
